How do I load my ePassporte account using my U.S. bank account?
STEP 1. To begin choose the "US BANK ACCOUNT" button on ePassporte's "Load Money"; page.
STEP 2. Fill out the form provided with your personal and bank account information.
STEP 3. Next, your bank account must be verified. Once you've provided your bank account details, ePassporte will send two small credits to your bank account. These credits will be available in your bank account in 7 business days.
STEP 4. Once you've received your two small credits, please return to ePassporte's web site and login. Select the "US BANK ACCOUNT" option on the "Load Money" page.
You will then be prompted to complete the verification process for your bank account. Choose the "VERIFY" option to continue.
STEP 5. Select the amounts of your two small credits from the drop down menus, then continue to the next page.
STEP 6. Once you've verified your bank account, you can then load funds into your ePassporte account.
STEP 7. To load your ePassporte account, just select the amount you'd like to transfer from your bank account and click the "COMPLETE LOAD" button.
STEP 8. Once you've successfully loaded your ePassporte account, you may now return to the PokerAvenueUSA Cashier and initiate an ePassporte deposit.

How do I transfer funds from my ePassporte account to my PokerAvenueUSA account?
Visit the PokerAvenueUSA Cashier, click 'Deposit Money', select ePassporte on the Deposits options screen, and click on the 'Deposit' button. The ePassporte deposit screen will be displayed. Please enter 'Charge Amount'. Then Click 'Make Transfer'. The ePassporte Purchase Details browser window will open up.
STEP 1. You will need to enter ePassporte User ID and Password to continue processing the transaction
STEP 2. The next page will ask you to enter a code. The code is located just above the "Confirm Payment" button (enter the code exactly as it appears), then select "Confirm Payment". If you forget to enter the code or enter an incorrect code, a new screen will appear titled "Please Correct the Errors Below", and a new code will be generated.

STEP 3. Once the correct code is entered and "Confirm Payment" selected, a processing screen will appear: "Your request is being processed. Please be patient".
STEP 4. If successful, a new screen will appear informing the Applicant that the transaction was successful: "Your order has been approved".
STEP 5. If the ePassporte Account Holder does not have sufficient funds in the ePassporte account, an error message will be displayed with instructions to load additional funds into the ePassporte account.

What happens if I enter the pending charge on my credit card wrong?
Applicants are given 2 attempts to select the exact amount of the pending charge. If they fail both attempts, they must contact ePassporte Account Holder Services Department for verification alternatives.
